I've been taking this supplement for a few weeks and have noticed a drop in my numbers my fasting blood sugar in the morning was usually 9/10 it's now below 7 and I haven't really changed my diet. Has anyone else tried this product and is it safe to take?

We can’t give medical advice on the forum, though members can share their experiences. Your profile says you are oral medication for your T2, some meds have contraindications so if you haven’t already it’s best to ask your GP or your pharmacist if the supplement is safe to take. Personally I wouldn’t take anything until I’d double checked as even over the counter meds & supplements aren’t always safe to take with other meds.
Ah - now I get it - plants such as bitter melon and fenugreek do have the reputation of helping with diabetes, but long term - for a type 2, spending the money on good sources of protein and fats seems a more sensible solution.
