Hi, today is my 1st year anniversary of my diabetic diagnosis.
I am a different person than I was a year ago.
I am over 5 stone lighter, blood sugar is 4.7 with no medication and I feel so much better with LCHF.

Thank you to all of you for your incredible advice and support.

Well.done. so good to hear it can go well! Can I ask what was the best thing you found worked and one thing you would do.differently?

For me with no doubt about it has been LCHF it has done me so much good, not only for my blood sugar and weight loss but also the side effect of my partner eating better. Along with my hair and skin is in much better condition and softer.

One thing I would do differently is to go and get a blood test when I first had suspicions that I had diabetes rather than leaving it so long.
