diabetes and hair

Hi everyone.. Just looking on some advice about hair loss or thinning of hair in type 1 diabetics.
I've been a diabetic for least 8yrs now, my hair as slowly thinned out over the years.. I've had numerous blood tests to rule out any other comps, but they all come bck fine.
Anyone got any gd advice on what to take for this problem or who I should see??? Thanks x

I've just started taking Biotin (B vitamin)- it has had some really good reviews on Amazon. But I havent been taking it long enough to see a difference yet. I'm thinking anything worth a try
