without knowing the actual offence its hard to say, if its being heard at magistrates thats an advantage, if its crown then its not, if your in employment then thats an advantage, also if you pleaded guilty stright away that scores good points.
did probation probation indicate what they might reccomend in their psr, as courts will often go along with their reccomendation, solicitors always talk like that
