Diabetes Help Organisation

This is probably an odd query. Several months ago, Balance had an announcement/advert about an official organisation that would help with problems dealing with health trusts. I wrote with a query, but something happened to my email server, and I was without service for several weeks. Consequently, I don't know if the organisation replied, and I can't remember its name. I have looked through the old copies of Balance and can't find the original item. I wonder if someone can recall it and help me.

Hi there Beacon.

Balance is the member magazine for Diabetes UK, so I'm not sure how many of the members here are also members of Diabetes UK. I happen to be one, but I don't keep back issues, as pass them on to others.
