I was diagnosed with MG some 3yrs ago I also have type 2 diabetes and have been on a reasonable high does of prednisolone for sometime now and have had problems trying to control my blood/sugar levels typically above 10 and as high as 38 , my Consultant doesn’t seem to concerned likewise my Dr . I was started on insulin around 18months ago and all I have been told is to increase the insulin when the Blood / Sugar levels are high which seems to be all the time is there a max insulin dose you should not exceed . I am taking up to 32 units sometimes and always 12 units this is Humalog daytime , I have now been told to increase the lantis at night
