I watch everything I eat no sugar cakes etc. The specialist diabetic nurse got quite angry with me as I told her I was going to limit carbs. Her attitude was take metformin .. you need carbs!! I take two tablets a day . I test all the time as I am still trying to see what causes my sugar levels to rise. I think everyone is different and foods affect us in different ways. I hope I can achieve what you have.</p></blockquote><p></p>
