Can anyone here send me a link of trusted nutrition guide books (PDF)for type 1 diabetes , we don't have access to online payment to buy books here , so it would be a great favour, it's an urgent matter, thank you in advance.

My fiancé has it , and am trying ho help her regulate her blood sugar , cuz she is going through intense stress , and she keeps forgetting how to balance her eating/injecting , as well as the meals she takes , could you please help me it's urgent
