My fiancé has it , and am trying ho help her regulate her blood sugar , cuz she is going through intense stress , and she keeps forgetting how to balance her eating/injecting , as well as the meals she takes , could you please help me it's urgent

Am not living with her yet , she is from Belgium and am from Algeria
