To be fair, I don't know if I posted this in the correct place - I would have thought more of us had both Diabetes & Psoriasis since they are both autoimmune illnesses; definitely both are linked.
Myself I am type 1 since 40 years ago (44 now); and Psoriasis started from 15 years or so. Recently also arthritic psoriasis; improves somewhat in summertime.
Have you taken any medication for the Pso or do you control it purely by diet? Myself am over 50% covered (luckily no face) - and am running out of areas to inject for my insulin !!
Have indeed heard that dairy, gluten, and nightshades may impact the level of pso but being T1 diabetic, there is only so much I can remove from my diet!
