Diabetes Questionaire for Type2s.

Hi my name is Lauren and I am currently involved in my food and nutrition GCSE, I have chosen to work on Type 2 diabetes as my main focus, please if you have Type 2 diabetes can you answer my questionnaire the link is here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/KWR65SD

If anyone would be able to give me a simple food diary for a week that they could post or private message I would be hugely grateful as well. Thank you to everyone that has taken part in my Questionnaire and to anyone that sends me a food diary.

Quite a good survey Lauren. I do detest the surveys which ask you to rate everything 1-10 in minute detail.
