Diabetes questionnaire - entrepreneur start up for school

Hi my name is Travis and my team and I are part of 3 day start up at Texas A&M. We are working tomorrow and sunday (started tonight- friday 3/31). We are working on a product to relieve some of the pains we diabetics have. we need do customer interviews and i hope to reach as many people as i can. Will you please take a few minutes to answer these questions so we can learn about the day in your life as a diabetic. Please try and answer truthfully and not how you view your best diabetic self but how you were today or yesterday or in one week*. Thanks - we need this info asap - before sunday.

How Long have you had diabetes?
What type are you?
Do you use pump or pens?
How often do you test*? and why?
Which meter brand do you use?
What erks you about testing?
do you use a food library or do you guess? and how do you balance it personally?
Do you use insurance or out of pocket?
What do you like about the products for diabetics?
What do you dislike about diabetes and the products and your daily routine?
IF you had a magic wand what would you change (sorry you cant get rid of diabetes- try to be reasonable with the product you'd like or create)

This info isnt going to be posted anywhere except here and if you dont want people to know what you say then please email me - then if i have a few more questions related to your answers i can ask.

What's the product you're working on?

I would love to say exactly what it is but i dont want to influence peoples answer if anyone does decide to answer these questions. but through the email i provided if you answer and i can reply through that after words then i will be able to say. Thanks
