I have only recently realised how badly I was over correcting hypos - I try to be more measured now with a couple of sweets, or raisins or a square of chocolate</p><p>12) Your worst hyper? I was 28 when diagnosed, just before I started low carbing my meter said 'HI' - never happened before and made me really thibk about what im doing to myself. Irony is it was from snacking on "sugar free" cookies ha</p><p>13) Your worst hypo? 1.8</p><p>14) Favourite colour? Ochre</p><p>15) 3 words to describe Diabetes?
