And tell my husband so regularly.</p><p>Yesterday we went out, I had to sort out my blood sugar so I could drive safely..and he bought us lunch and me a box of chocolates. I eat them sparingly these days, as part of a meal.</p><p>I also snuck into two wool shops and bought myself some yarn.</p><p>Treat yourself to things if nobody else will.</p><p>Hope you are able to do just one thing to make yourself feel a bit better.</p></blockquote><p></p>
