It helped me a lot but I still have a mild brain fogging which is also quite common.</p><p>The diabetic nurses dont like to be told this.( It is as high as 5 percent in some cases)</p><p>They usually try to blame alcohol which I can only tolerate in small levels.</p><p>Best of luck.
