diabetic carb counting in France

Hi there
I am travelling with my 2 diabetic type 1 children to France soon. In the UK we use nutra check app which is great for scanning the bar codes to get details. Is there an app that anyone is aware of that we can use in France with French produce??

I'm certainly not against apps, but when I was in France earlier in the month I simply looked at the nutritional info on the packets, which is what I'd do in the UK too.

For things without packets and barcodes, croissants and pains-au-chocolat for example, I'd have a look in e.g. Carbs and Cals or find a similar product on one of the UK supermarket websites and use their nutritional info.
