Diabetic devices with electronic notepad

Anyone know of any diabetes type 1 devices that are reasonably small (phone size) that you can manually put notes into.. For example, want to make longer notes on it about exercise, insulin and the feelings. I know some of the devices have these, but I would much prefer an electronic notepad as such but it must be a diabetes device. It can be a blood meter, standalone pump device or whatever?
