If the dietician had highlighted healthy fats, nuts, veg and protein and stressed complex carbs she would have tried to adapt, but we are where we are. I don't think she has been given any options diet wise. Hopefully she will continue to gain weight slowly. </p><p>She is persevering and adapting - and at 87 that is no mean feat in itself</p></blockquote><p></p>
