Finally received an appointment for my FIRST Diabetic Eye Screening! ️️

Diabetic Eye Screening - Monday 8th July

Appointment with Diabetes Nurse and Dietitian to get a head start on carb counting - Wednesday 10th July

DAFNE (Dose Adjustment For Normal Eating) course - 7th - 11th October Monday - Friday 9am - 4.30pm

THINGS ARE FINALLY LOOKING UP!!
