Also, can be caused by vitamin deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, spinal conditions, viruses, etc.  My neurologist believes mine is from B12 deficiency.  I also have post covid syndrome and Type I diabetes.  Since starting treatment on B12, some of my symptoms have improved.  My BG is pretty good too, so….I’m not sure really of the cause or prognosis. After treatment , I had marked improvement in my digestion, smell/taste, stinging hands stopped, etc.   I’m trying to address my nutrition, BG levels, exercise and overall health.</p></blockquote><p></p>
