But only 2.3% have done so.You are entitled to a copy of your bloodtest results. Other full medical history can be hard to get unless officially requested and paid for.Our PPG is asking our GP Practice at our next meeting when our Patients will have access to our Summary Care Records.All Patients now that are over 75 should have their own allocated GP. GP Practices have until then end of June 2014 to notify these Patients who the GP Is that has baan allocated to their care. Our GP's have done the allocation, but if the Patients don't like the choice of GP that they have been given, they can't change it.
