Diabetic labelled foods

nikki did email me but at the mo cannot travel through illness

Interview this morning - so keep watch for me Monday 22nd, 7:30 pm, BBC 1. It'll be gripping TV, though my favourite programme at present is the Waitrose advert with the lovely song "How can I keep from singing?"

Me? I sing all the time, but there isn't a Waitrose near.

I was also advised not to buy "diabetic" food - expensive and full of stuff that is gonna cause me even more problems. However, I have found a really nice farm shop that sells organic and some diabetic foods, mainly sauces and jams etc, and i've been really pleased with what they have to offer. I think it's just the mass produced stuff that i'll be steering well clear of

Jim

PS - I wont even get started on Diabetic Chocolate, what a disaster that was

Now I am a TV star - that took me 3 hours as I live in Southall & the filming was in a supermarket near Waterloo. [Water WHAT :?: ] If they had shown more of their planned clips it would have been more embarrassing. My nurse friend Sally should have known better.

This should take you straight in 13 minutes in

mm - I wondered if it was you lol!

When i first qualified you could always tell who were the diabetics on a ward - they were queing for the loo!

Well done Ian! You're lucky it was filmed a few weeks ago - I took my son to London for the day today and you should have seen Oxford Street! Eeek!

Well done Ian. You can imagine what happened to me when I had 7 Thornton's diabetic chocolates.

All my family & friends seem to have seen me :!: & delight to play it again

What did son Jon give me for Christmas :?: Prunes :!: But also a selection of seeds & nuts

Re: Diabetic diet

Niki took a long time to get back to me after the programme - I have now written to her:
