I went to a doctor 3 days before after having BG level down to 4.2 from 6, expecting him to let me free from his tabs stuff but he still kept on saying me: An exercise physiologist/physical therapist works with patients to develop a safe exercise program that will help with diabetes control and an overall sense of well-being.....and all that blah blahhh..Now I am again at peak with my bolus level and insulin injection process.....worry about if to leave exercise will be a better option or not??????
Hi. Exercise is always good whether you are diabetic or not. With a good low-carb diet if your bs remains too high then tablets and/or insulin will be needed. BTW I don't agree with your coloured pyramid. There are far too many carbs and not enough proteins in it. You need some fats beyond omega-3 type.
