Diabetic question please asap

My Dr ran a blood sugar test and the two before that were in 100s and while fasting for 12 hrs my last test, test 3 is in the lower 80s fasting... So is that hypoglycemia and if so how do they treat it
 
I'm guessing you are from the US and the doctors did a finger prick test?
Lower 80 mg/dl (4.5 mmol/l) isn't hypoglycemic.

Yes I'm from us and here they put it in a vial .. and they haven't called yet was just done today .. and lower 80s was the lowest otherwise in mornings it's in 100s normally
 
It would greatly help if you could find out the units of measurement the doctors are using and the precise numbers.
"the hundreds" is a bit too vague.
