Yes its all there on your post, but how do we complete the form, how do we answer, should we copy and paste the form onto a word document and email it to you or what?

Oh, just write your answer.

Example:
Q1. Lunch
Q2. Meals
Q3. Main Dish: 4-6
Dessert: 4-6
Snack: 1-3

And so on.....is that ok?
 
Karen if you do this kind of thing again, put in some tick boxes, dropdowns and links.
Here are my answers
Q1 dinner
Q2 snacks
Q3 Main dish£10 - £12
Dessert Don't eat dessert
Snack £1 - £3
Q3 11 Dinner, whole meal, aabout £50
Q4 I eat 1 portion of main course, no dessert, rare snack
Q5 I cook meals from scratch
q6 if i do re-heat anything, i use the microwave
Q7 I don't use ready meals
