I'm new to this site but I just thought I'd mention a new place for young people with diabetes to get together and chat. The site is called http://www.youngdabetics.org. When was diabetes.co.uk started? seems like a cool site too.

If anyone is interested in this site, it is an American site and it does ask for a donation from members towards the site's upkeep.

Just remember that it is a chatroom site, with links to Facebook (yes the same Facebook that is beloved by the world's paedophiles!), <b>so NEVER, NEVER, NEVER divulge any personal information</b> like your real name, address or phone number, no matter how innocent the request might seem.
