Diabetic type 1 help !

I am a type 1 Diabetic who has reasonably good control of my condition. I have recently started to think alot more that my levels are low only when i am at work. I panic and check and there fine. Also how high do my levels have to be and how long for before they become dangerous.
Thanks i need some reassurance

4 is the floor. Any lower than that and you are in hypo country.
