hi i have type 2 diabeties and for quiet a while now I have been occassionaly bringing up bile during the night does anyone else suffer from this at night time because im getting concerned . and it makes me feel horrid next day any help or advice would be grateful

Whilst you cannot be diagnosed over the internet by forum members, I'll go out on a limb and suggest that you may have developed acid reflux.
I am wondering if you are eating anything particularly spicey, or eating too soon before bedtime? You might be able to ease it with some Gaviscon (or something similar) before sleeping. And standard docs advice is usually to sleep in a slightly elevated position (put some bricks under the head end of the bed).
But PLEASE see your doc if it continues.
