My Glucose 8.5 today
Its better or still high

Depends when you took it in relation to meals but it still looks high(ish).

Ooh a bit on the high side still. Have they generally been higher than 8.5 in the past before eating as even though they are still a bit high if they used to be 10 before eating then in the 8's is a definate improvement.

Before is 11 but i check after almost 2 months

Thats actually pretty good progress then. It can take time for the numbers to come down so well done.
