Diabetics R Us

We've had a lovely day visiting some of the coastal harbours, beaches and nature reserves along the north Norfolk coast. Very sunny and bright but very much on the cool side. Yesterday was a washout. Never stopped raining so after a quick walk round Fakenham we just went back to the cottage nto dry out! Forecast looking good and getting hot for the rest of the week. Ness (the dog) is knackered.

Not really looking forward to the day as I have to drive down to Birmingham to fetch my daughter who has managed to get her self stranded and I think I am coming down with a cold.

Oh and my mobile phone has turned it's self into a brick and so I cannot access Mysgr app

Yes trip wasn't so bad but M1 and M6 in one drive had me a bit concerned and was a bit tired when got back as virtually drove down turned round and drove straight back phone is still a brick though so am looking at having to replace it.. Got back about half past two at three PM blood sugars where at 11.1
