Diabetone tablet

I was diagnosed 8 weeks ago that im diabetic... very difficult to deal with mentally and little info received from Dr...anyway has anyone used diabetone tablets? Any benefits?

hi thanks for your response...im 35 years old. My HBA1C was 7.1% when diagnosed with Diabestes...im due for another test in June ... i eat a lot of brown rice with vegetables,wholemeal pasta, wholemeat bread, salmon load of salad.. basically a lot of complex carbs, veggies, salad and white chicken, .i have actually changed my diet... i have lost so far 8 kg from 100kg when i was diagnosed to 92.kg as at today. i work out at least 5 days a week. i use treadmill, or 30 mins brisk walk for the days when i cannot go to the gym.
