Diabox was working very well on my Samsung S23 Ultra and I was very happy using it. However, my phone had a hissy fit and needed to go in for repair. Following the repair the phone was returned with factory settings. Instead of downloading all my apps from the Samsung cloud (I was concerned that an app was responsible for the problems with my phone) I decided to install my apps one at a time from the play store.
I started Diabox and the pie chart under device status shows my sensor as reading 3 days of use, which is correct. Despite scanning fairly frequently I cannot get it to show my BG level. I have tried “Force Stopping” the app, clearing the cache, then restarting my phone, all to no avail. Anyone have any ideas what I can try next to get the app to show my BG reading please. TIA
