Hi all, further to my recent post, I have had the results of my second blood test. The first
BS count was 7.1, the second is 7.2 :( I'm away on holiday for two weeks from tomorrow so have some time to reflect on this, but still quite worried. After that I've to make an appointment with the practice nurse. What happems next?
 
Hi Popps,
Your second test confirms that you are diabetic, but only just! Your blood sugar levels are only a little above where they should be and are nowhere near danger level. You appear to have been caught at an early stage. Nothing much is going to change over the next few weeks so, as Eddie said, go away and enjoy yourself. Hope you are off to somewhere nice!

Get in touch when you come home and lets see what we can do to get that BS reading back down again.
