I have about 2 weeks using diamicron + metformin I Consider modifying the medication Because the level of blood sugar stabilized my sugar blood level was 280mg/dl. Today 114mg/dl

What time was that score (114 = 6.3 in the UK), and had you eaten beforehand? Only with that important information could anyone make useful comment.
Please don't take my comment negatively. Well done on bringing the numbers down though. It's a good thing.

282mg/dl 29/09/17. 114mg/dl 11/10/17
Today 121mg/dl. 7.00PM after hours fasting
