Diary?

When I was diagnosed I was given a diary to write my BG levels in but there is only one day left (tomorrow) and then it is finished.
Do you get another one or do you have to buy another book and write them in the same way?

Either ask your nurse for one or phone up the helpline of the manufacturer of your blood glucose monitor - they will send you one for free.
