Its something i had never noticed but once she pointed it out to me it made my stomach turn (excuse the pun [emoji87]). Its not visible when i stand or line down its only visible when working my abs. Ive googled this and it sounds like its 'Diastasis recti'.. (i did the test and i have roughly a 2 & 3/4 finger gap). The mrs has booked me in for my doc to get it confirmed but theres no appointments till late next week [emoji53]... Suprise!!Have any of u had it? Ive watched some clips on youtube about healing/repairing it but thought id ask in here for advice (nothing like speaking to someone whos been through what ur going through)..Billy</blockquote>
