Did anyone develop spider veins ?

Hey I noticed a few months back that I had began to develop spider veins on my face main cheeks and nose... they got me down for a while but began to get used to them, but i'm also now noticing hypopigmentation similar to vitiligo around the areas where there is spider veins.

Has anyone else noticed anything similar and have you managed to reverse it ?.
