Thanks guys. I am so ashamed that my profession continue to turn out this utter rubbish and promote it to unsuspecting patients, it goes against everything that our code of conduct and morality binds us to do! I am sure she is a lovely lady but that was lost on me, don't have any gripe with her per-say just the system I guess and the absolute logger head I am currently facing. I know you guys are on board it would just be lush to have someone who thinks they know healthcare to on side, face to face if that makes any sense. I'm just disgusted the surgery allow a non specialist to "run" a diabetes clinic. Currently in floods of tears once more because my head has just gone "what's the freaking point in trying" and wanna eat everything that I have cut out and bin the chicken and veg I am currently cooking. Thank you as ever for replying, all of you, I am feeling super deflated, alone and frustrated and angry once more and I planned on not going back to that place! She just made it all sound like too much hard work and as brill as the partner has been he has made me feel like that too and right now giving up and giving in feels like the only option but like hell am I gonna give in to that. xx
