Someone with expertise in animal agriculture trying to de bunk some of the myths about animal contribution to climate change etc. will have a listen with a view to any biases if he's employed by the meat industry!

Interestingly the United Nations has quietly removed a statement which claimed meat produces more greenhouse gas emissions than the world’s biggest oil companies:

“The meat industry is responsible for more greenhouse gas emissions than the world’s biggest oil companies. Meat production contributes to the depletion of water resources & drives deforestation.“

Possibly because it is untrue? Although that they posted it in the first place was a bit concerning.
