Diet Drinks and Blood Sugars

I have not been drinking diet drinks for many years now, sticking with mainly water and tea. However I have recently started drinking diet coke again during this hot weather and because sometimes I just get terribly fed up of water . What I want to know is can the diet drinks have an effect on blood sugar levels?? Thank you.

Hi no they don't effect ur blood sugar levels because I drink diet coke and coke zero all the time and it doesn't effect me- u could always try diet lemonade
