I have reduced my weight by two stones by dieting and cutting out all (known) sugary foods and white carbs and my blood glucose level is now in the acceptable range and has been so for a while.
My question is, how do I maintain my new weight without losing any more. What sort of diet should I now be eating

Rog - There are a couple of threads on this topic at the moment. If you use the search functionality, you should be able to find them. Alternatively, you could just click back a few pages on Recent Posts and you'll find an active thread there to kick you off.

Good luck with it all.

Mostly you will have to slowly increase your fats and proteins until you hit a balance where you are maintaining your weight. Increase until you gain a little then back off slightly until it is stable. You will probably play seesaw with a 5 pound range until you get it right. Good luck.
