What are you eating at present? I have a number of keto cookery books so I might be able to offer some ideas. Then there is the diet doctor website which also has a lot of food ideas. Breakfast: A week of ideas from one book: Breakfast: Waffles with raspberry quark-style cheese Almond Pancakes with sour cherry compote Quark Flatbread with chocolate spread White coffee smoothie Salami Omelette Crunchy nut muesli Avocado with smoked salmon mousse. Lunch: Courgette Omelette with serrano ham Chicken nuggets with baked tomatoes Moussaka Cheese tortillas with guacamole Tomato and red pepper soup with parmesan crisps Beef soup Those are from one week eating plan, there are 4 weeks in the book but some recipes overlap. All the recipes are cooked from scratch so the chicken nuggets for example use ground almonds as a coating. I'm not saying I've tried them all or even very many. I eat quite plainly but re-reading some of the recipes has got me thinking maybe I need to be more adventurous. There are another 3 weeks of ideas in the book although some of the recipes are repeated. Good luck.
