Hi, I had a query once before about novorapid and the fact that I am incontinant so it was causing really bad diarrhoea, its sorted now and am back to work, buty only query is, as I can't handle high fibre diet, which also runs through me, even though its changed from novorapid to apidra so I only eat white bread,y diet apart from that is good, cut out biscuits, sweets, cakes etc, the db has been looking aty BG record and they are good, so can anyone tell me what/if I'm causing damage, even though I can get out now and exercise ( mainly walking, as I'm spins bifida) I look forward to hearing from anyone, there is great advice on this forum so far, so thank you
 
Have you been tested for coeliac disease? Gluten caused those sort of symptoms in me.
 
No its not confirmed medically if I am or not bit I've eaten white five and pasta and even white bread sandwiches on a few occasions with no after effects so I'd agine I'm not celiac
