Hi,
Well I attended the dietitian meeting today, 2 hours of schooling on a balanced diet, it could of been covered in 30 minutes to be honest.
I asked questions about a recommended carb intake and was told between 350 and 400 depending how active I was. I mentioned that if my carbs go much over 150gms aday then my BG would be in double figures due to limited medication.
After the meeting finished the dietitian said that I would need a one on one session to design a diet for me, and to ask my GP for a referral......would anybody be surprised if they concluded that a LCHF diet be the way to go.
Feel like I wasted 2 hours for no reason whatsoever.
