Difference BS fluctuations between types of diabetes

Quirky

Taken my blood sugar level since Friday.
Constantly, hungry and palpitatoins including ectopic arrythmias,

How can I tell by calling at the BS level for the past two and half days,
and symptoms, if it could be Type 1 or 2

Feeling very unwell overall, will take this to GP tomorrow,
but, just in case there is a crisis, what should I do till an ambulance
arrives?

Will the GP by looking at the chart be able to tell between Type 1 & 2?

And how can they tell by glucose challenge test? Read in other forums
about misdiagnosis of those told they type 2 then years later to be told it was type
1 and vicer versa?

Many thanks.

You can not tell from blood sugar levels alone whether you have Type 1 or Type 2. Don't bother trying. Just get to a doctor asap.

If you get shortness of breath, abdominal pain, nausea, fatigue, you may have diabetic ketoacidosis. If you feel like this, call an ambulance now. If you feel you are struggling to remain conscious, or have these symptoms and live alone, call an ambulance now.

You might want to call 111 (if you are in the UK?) for advice now.

Don't worry about the difference between Type 2 and Type 1 until after you have been treated.
