Hi cath , no,it's not cheap is it ...
I have not quite changed over yet, a bit scared .....I have almond and rice flour all ready to go...I still need to buy the coconut flour though...

I would like to know for example in a cake ...could you use half self raising flour and half either almond flour or a different flour....?
Anyone tried this ......??? Thank you

i find the cococnut flour very crumbly and wont hold the buscuist togeather . and like you not sure to swap for halfs to cut costs ive tried soya flour to but it come out very dense ,, seems almond flour the best xx let me kno how u go xx

Thanks cath, looks like I will try an almond flour mix first with my organic self raising one ...;)

did you add a raising agent and an egg or 2 to bind?
no need to pay big money, coconut and almond flour is just finer ground dessicated coconut and raw almonds
