Had I anticipated the surprising improvement in blood glucose levels, I would have documented what I doing daily during that period.</p><p></p><p>That said, had I not been testing my blood glucose throughout the day, every day - (pre-sleep, upon awakening; pre-meal, 2 hours post meal, etc.) - I don't if I would have been able to attribute the change to the enzymes, which I started, stopped, then restarted.
