Sorry I should have put that 33 is the filtration rate that is what they are working at.You have gone through an awful struggle for your daughter. What a great mother you are! I hope your daughter's upcoming surgery goes well.
Congratulations on your sugar numbers. Could you please explain to me what is a kidney rate? It is probably something I should know, and I will probably have to translate to American numbers but I am supposed to have some sort of mild kidney problem and want to understand and do what I can.
Sorry to hear about your troubles.
When diabetes and kidney failure are often linked you think someone would get their ahead around doing some simple recipes that cover both.
I think everyone gets fed up of reading labels or scanning them and having to work out what they can eat. If they would just put the scan bar on the front of the label under the contents then at least you wouldn't have to take it off the self or out of the fridge. Aldi put the scan bar all the way round the product.

Looking at the list I do not know what I would do without plain chocolate and nuts.
I find frozen herbs change the taste of a stock food. I make a basic stock food sauce out of something I can eat, and keep in the fridge. When I make the meal I cook the protein in meal in the herbs and spices and then add the stock sauce.
Sometimes I think dieticians do not like food or people, they manage to make food sound disgusting.
You also mentioned you would like a low carb slimming club, @Motherhen2014 . Would this do?Thank you Pipp I am strongly being drawn to diet doctor was looking at it this evening.
I am worried as to why you have given up salt???
Lovely to see you back @Motherhen2014.
Family life is very full on here too. My life will never be the same with my addition of now 5 and a half year old monster. Ha ha He's running us all ragged. We're exhausted. He's 100miles an hour, even til late. No.1 son has got more than he bargained for after asking for a brother, bless him.
Its lovely to hear positive things are occurring in your family life too.
Lack of sleep effects my bgs, even more so now. Although his night terrors are now much more understood so therefore far less stressful for me and hopefully him.
I bet the stress must have played havoc to your management.
I was getting stressed about being stressed due to its effects. A great psychologist attached to my diabetes team has been a huge help. Of whom I'm now discharged from.
I too cannot exercise much but I try and walk everyday a set distance but I have to sit on people's garden walls. Which isn't nice is blazing sun nor rain. I often wished my designated tree bark seat outside a school wasn't facing the sun, nor water logged. I'm used to putting holes in my leggings which I've assigned to the job from sitting on bricks in our old fashioned area.
Mr ickihun has taken over the washing the clothes job with my pelvic/back problem. He thought I was complaining over nothing until he had the extra clothes to wash.
