I have been eating low carb for two weeks and have eaten no sugar. week 1 I lost 2 llbs this week only 1 llb. I know its going the right way but I would have hoped to have lost a bit more than that.
I have ordered some more test strips and next week will start testing everything I eat. I have been walking but next week will use the cross trainer too.
Is there anything else I can do?
