My understanding is, from when I lived in the UK, patents can be asked to leave the practice if trust has broken down between Dr and patient or if the patient is rude or aggressive to practice staff, not for reporting a member of their staff for being rude. It's very upsetting when you are subjected to rudeness from someone who should be helpful and supportive. People skills are very important.</p></blockquote><p></p>
